Online 60 Hour Pre-License Classes - $600, Including Course Materials
PRE-LICENSING EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
All applicants must complete the appropriate (salesperson or broker) Commission approved pre-license course given in Hawaii before the date of the examination, or apply for and obtain a "Pre-licensing Education Equivalency – Real Estate" (refer to "EQUIVALENCY TO PRELICENSING EDUCATION REQUIREMENT").
Upon successful completion of the pre-license course, applicants will be given a school completion certificate.
The original school completion certificate must be presented at the examination site, and after the applicant passes the examination, submitted with the application for real estate license.
School completion certificates are valid for
two (2) years from the date of issuance.
NOTE: AFTER COMPLETING YOUR ON-LINE PRE-LICENSE COURSE, IT TAKES APPROXIMATELY 7 TO 10 DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR COMPLETION CERTIFICATE FROM PROSCHOOLS.
It is HIGHLY recommended that you wait until you have your Completion Certificate IN HAND before scheduling your Hawaii State Real Estate Licensing Exam.
You have one year from date of enrollment to complete your on-line class.
All course materials, quizzes and final exams are accessible on-line. The course consists of written material that is read and reviewed on-line. It's recommended that you install the latest versions of Adobe Flash Player and Adobe Reader before starting the course.
The state requires that you spend a minimum of 60 hours on-line reviewing course materials and completing your course.
Once you've complete your review of all on-line materials, taken all on-line quizzes and passed your on-line final exam, you will be mailed a Completion Certificate by ProSchools.
*If you feel you need additional study materials, Jay highly recommends www.HawaiiExamCram.com for additional on-line practice tests.
You can also purchase the textbook used for the "live" PLT classes - Principals and Practices of Hawaii Real Estate for $50.00 at the Elite Property Management Office in Kona.*
