The cost of the course is $1,050 including the text, course, school final, tax, and all materials.

The Real Estate Commisison requires 80 classroom hours for the Broker class.
This is done in 9 ten-hour days, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a 30 minute lunch.
The 9th day is to cover the lunch times and the final school exam.
NOTE: You DON'T need 3 years of experience to take this class. You
WILL need 3 years experience before you are eligible to take the State Exam,
HOWEVER: Once you pass this class, you'll receive the completion certificate
you need in order to take the State Exam. The Broker's Class Completion
Certificate is valid for TWO years from the date of issue.
