Online Continuing Education Classes for the 2011 / 2012 Biennium
|
|
CLICK HERE for Current On-line Continuing Education Classes Active real estate licensees are now required to take 20 credit-hours of Continuing Education every 2 years to keep from forfeiting your Hawaii real estate license. If your license is inactive you don't have to take CE Classes every two years.
HOWEVER - if you don't take your CE classes while inactive, you WILL have to make up the previous biennium's required classes before you're able to re-activate your license.
Most licensees find that it's more practical to keep their CE classes current if they think they're going to be re-activating their license within a few years.
If your license is "forfeited", you may have to take the entire licensing course again, pay re-instatement fees and/or take additional "essentials" classes, depending on DCCA requirements.
