Our Pledge If you do not pass the School Exam you may repeat our course for one year from your original enrollment date at HALF PRICE.
Tuition & Fees Tuition fee is $600.00 for Salesperson / $1050.00 for Brokers which includes book, tax, & registration fees payable in advance & prior to the first class session. Payment can be made by cash, check or money order only. Sorry, no credit can be extended. Other training material will be provided. State Exam fees are in addition to class tuition. Refunds/Withdrawals
Registration fee ($50.00) & textbook, if used ($50.00), is nonrefundable. No refunds after the second class begins. No refunds on tuition fees transferred from a prior class and no student substitution. REFUNDS MAY TAKE 2-3 WEEKS TO PROCESS. Minimum Enrollment
A minimum enrollment of 12 students is required or the scheduled class may be canceled with full refund of tuition & registration fees. Decisions to hold or cancel classes will be made on the first day of class. Students must bring a calculator and pen/pencil to class. Attendance and Grades
The State requires a minimum hours of class attendance for course certification (60 hours SALESPERSON and 80 hours BROKER). In order to fulfill this requirement, students must make up missed class hours by arrangement with the instructor. Students must also pass the class final exam to be certified. Passing grade is 70% for Salesperson and 75% for Broker. Tests are graded immediately. The State Board is notified the next working day. Safeguard your certificate as there will be a $10.00 fee for issuing a new replacement certificate. Student Conduct
